Technologishwar provides IT services, software solutions and digital tools, including web and mobile applications, CRM and communication tools, and logistics-related applications (collectively, the “Services”). Our products may allow our Customers to store, manage, analyze and transfer information between their systems and their end users across various channels, including third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
We are committed to the protection of Personal Data, including data that we use for our own purposes and data that we process on behalf of our Customers.

“Service Data” is the information that we process on behalf of our Customers during provision of the Services. Our privacy practices related to Service Data are primarily governed by the agreements we have with our Customers.

– Service Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and we use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.
– Upon termination of a Customer account, Service Data (such as contacts, conversations and configuration) may be deleted or anonymized after a defined retention period, unless law or our agreement requires longer retention.
– If a Customer requests deletion of Service Data, we act on that request in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

Communicating with you and marketing
